FACTTIC's first gender report: another step towards more equal organizations
We present the first gender survey covering every co-op in the Federation.
In 2023, FACTTIC (the Argentine Federation of Technology, Innovation and Knowledge Worker Co-operatives) took a key step towards understanding and changing our own practices: we carried out the first gender survey covering every co-op in our federation.
This was possible thanks to the member co-ops, which shared information about how their teams are made up, the roles people hold and the conditions they work in.
The results let us put numbers to something we had been discussing for a long time and, above all, decide which areas to focus on over the coming years.
