The bank needed to migrate its core banking system to a new platform without interrupting day-to-day operations. This was a highly critical system, with years of accumulated business logic, in an environment where any incident had a direct impact on customers and regulators. We took part in planning and carrying out the migration, defining the transition strategy and the test environments needed to validate each stage.
