Logistics and distribution platform with traceability and real-time monitoring

Iterway had a platform with enormous potential to optimize logistics and field operations. The challenge was to join the Iterway team at a key stage in the platform's development. The product needed to stabilize how it ran, bring order to its technical evolution and get ready to scale. Iterway combines freight, trip and distribution management with traceability, real-time monitoring, routing, field operations and integration with devices, fleet, assets and personnel. That complexity called for understanding not only the platform's technical needs, but also the business model and the commercial opportunities tied to its growth.

We worked alongside the Iterway team as technology partners, supporting both the platform's technical evolution and the strengthening of its value proposition. Our work covered stabilizing and optimizing the technical architecture, adding new features, building a mobile app for field operations and improving development and deployment processes. We brought judgment to setting priorities, spotting commercial opportunities and sharpening the product's value proposition for different customer segments. Working this way let us pair technical development with a strategic view of where the platform was heading.

The project's progress consolidated a more stable, manageable and scalable platform, in far better shape to sustain its growth as a product and to serve different logistics operating models. Building on this work, the solution strengthened its ability to plan, run and monitor operations in real time, delivering: -Greater visibility and traceability across operations. -Optimized routes and distribution times. -Better coordination of field teams. -Better conditions for streamlining processes and cutting operating costs. -Scalability to handle different volumes, clients and service types.
