Semillero

There are barriers that keep many communities from taking part in the digital economy. This not only restricts access to tech jobs, it also weakens economic democracy by excluding historically marginalized groups from the production and management of technology. As co-ops, our aim is to work with these communities so that people of every background can join the cooperative tech sector, which meant coming up with creative strategies to break through those barriers.

Build an innovative answer to what FACTTIC's co-ops need when looking for new members, one that could also serve other co-ops and organizations. Develop, across co-ops and with a team working from a gender perspective, a recruitment platform built on that same perspective and aimed at strengthening the inclusion of women and LGBTIQ+ people in the self-managed tech sector.
